Missing parts and pre-drilled holes are off. Magnets don’t hold doors closed. Handles are missing and parts were broken. When put together the bed leans and is not sturdy. Doors to cubbies on steps keep opening catching on my daughter’s heels! Assembly was stressful with lack of parts and the holes not being where they should be! Over all highly disappointed with this product! My daughter can’t use it due to faulty components and honestly the paint is already peeling off. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I like the fact that it is wood. I dislike the fact the wood is not that strong and no bottom back to closet or floor steps are narrow for a teen. So I added both the insid back is a chalk board and out side is stained gray with a bottom to the closet for shoes with a gray back to keep my children from hurting themselfs.
