These sublimated great, colors crips and cups durable. I was missing a straw for one cup, but fortunately I already had one to work. On two of the cups, the cover over the mouth piece broke off. The mouth piece still folds down a clicks into place, there’s just not a cover over it. Otherwise, it was a good purchase, something fun to personalize for my kids. Worked out great for what I needed! It's a sturdy cup and great quality! It also came with a rubber bottom that adheres on, as well as a shrink wrap in case you may use it for sublimation! Overall, I am pleased!
