Over the past decade, I've relied on my Xbox 360 Wireless controller, but it eventually developed stick drift. Here's what I appreciate about it: 1. **Textured Grips and Triggers:** The Shock Blue controller features textured grips and triggers, which is fantastic. This is especially helpful for intense gaming sessions when sweaty palms can be a problem. 2. **Seamless Compatibility:** When connected to my PC running Windows, the controller was instantly recognized and worked flawlessly out of the box. Even better, when gaming on Linux, it required no additional configuration—the Linux Kernel already supports this controller. 3. **Comfort and Reach:** Despite being lighter and slightly smaller than the Xbox 360 controller, the Xbox Wireless controller fits well in my large hands. All buttons, triggers, joysticks, and the d-pad are within easy reach. 4. **Smooth Joysticks and Improved D-Pad:** The joysticks move smoothly, and the d-pad design strikes a balance between the circular pad of the 360 controller and the clickiness of the Xbox One's d-pad. Hitting diagonals is now more intuitive 5. **Battery Compartment:** The battery compartment now is flush with the rest of the back of the controller as opposed to sticking out like it did with the XBox 360 Wireless controller. Bluetooth sets up very easily. The battery life lasts a pretty long time and after using it everyday for a month all the buttons and trigger still feel brand new!

Works flawlessly on Windows. I have not experienced any stick drift so far and the responsiveness is neat. I used to buy off-brand controllers and now that I have gone for the real thing I can feel the difference. I gave it 4 stars because for some reason the controller will start to shut off when according to Windows I still have about 50% battery left. It still takes a long time for the battery to reach this point and once the battery starts shutting off the controller I can just plug it with a USB-C cable to my laptop and it works again. For reference, I use Energizer rechargeable batteries for this thing, XBOX proprietary rechargable batteries are too expensive in my opinion. ... show more
