Ok, I will be honest, I was ready to return the item but after using the system a bunch of times, I am totally converted. First of all, if you are reading reviews about the pole seeming weak or like it is going to break, that means the person did not follow the directions properly when it was assembled. The pole assembly is in a specific direction and if not done correctly, it will indeed feel like it is going to break. Once assembled properly it is very strong. Second, even though the bucket is not that big, it means it is light enough to carry and the square shape means it will be super easy to store. Third, in spite of the small bucket, a little goes a LONG way because the system separates the dirty water. Fourth, the mop lies flat so you can easily mop under dressers and beds. Fifth, the mop comes with an extender so it’s great for taller people or to clean walls. Yes it is annoying that you have to rotate the head to clean both ends but I’d rather do that than constantly clean out the bucket. Yes the mechanism is a little stiff at first but with use, it gets easier and easier to clean the head. The pads also seem better at scrubbing the floors compared to other mop systems and it’s great that this comes with extra pads. I am quite happy with this product even though I initially felt it was too much to spend on a mop. As an apartment dweller, this system works well for my needs. ... show more

Great mop bucket, I love how easy it is to use. The mop goes in easily and does a great job squeezing the dirty water out of the mop. Easy to empty and fill. Light weight is nice for carrying around the room.

    • It really does separate dirty from clean water
This mop is a good size, not too big or heavy. It comes with 3 pads which is nice. When you put the mop in the middle chamber it scrapes the water into the dirty side when you push down and you get clean water when you pull up. This mechanism is rough and I’m not sure how long it will last. All in all I like it. ... show more

Love how it keeps the dirty water separate from the clean. Compact design, easy to use. What I don’t like, can’t figure out how to wring more water out of the pad without getting it completely wet again. Also, I have screws the handle together several times but the keep coming apart.

I have been looking for a mop like this for quite a long time. This has all the best of the best. A clean water tank that stays clean, the ability to add separated clean water to the mop and a dirty water reservoir that keeps all the dirt separate. If you have to clean—this is the way to do it!!

One has to have 3 hands to remove lid to clean and perform first fill. Otherwise, I like the mop system. Clean water with every rinse. Easy to use. My granddaughters,age 4, love to help, and use it with ease. Makes me laugh as I watch their sweet joy in helping

I absolutely love this mop. I was a little skeptical but when I tried it, it’s the best Moo I’ve had. It’s compact and truly separates the water. The Moo itself is easy to maneuver and works well in my large kitchen as well as my small bathroom. I highly recommend.

This is not worth the money. Great idea, I love the concept of dividing the dirty and clean water but it was not made well. The pads tore within one day of using this system and they are a pain to put on the mop. The mop handle was really uncomfortable and an awkward length for me as well.
