This is well worth the money especially if you have dogs. I love that it's easy to use and cleans the mop head very well. The handle is very sturdy and the same thickness as a standard broom handle. The size of the bucket seems small but you don't need to use a lot of water. Most importantly you're always using clean water without wasting your cleaning chemicals. It's efficient and saves you money in the long run. Also saves on time spent cleaning. My only dislike is the plug at the bottom which has been mentioned in a previous review. And yes I dislodged the plug when I hit it with my foot. Also anyone who has a heavy shedder pet, it removes the hair from the mob head very well. I was impressed I own a shepard, a lab, a Staffordshire terrier, and a long hair double coated cat. So you see my dilemma on shedding lol 😆 but this mop system came through like a champ. ... show more

    • Good mop - hard to track down "lifetime warranty"
I have really liked this mop. Not the sturdiest, but it works quite well and I love that I don't have to wring it out in nasty water. For me, the gasket between the cleaning solution reservoir and the rinsing water has failed. With it not working, I can't control the water level in the "wringing" section, so it's constantly sopping wet. Before this gasket failed, it was a great mop. There is no way for me to reach out to the seller other than their storefront comment section, and through the Amazon portal it says that it's out of the return window. Would love to have someone reach out to me with a way to get a replacement part for the gasket so I can keep on mopping! ... show more

Overall the best mop we ever used. Idea of separating dirty water is great! We have a 3 yo kid and use the mop all the time, literally 2-5 times a day. It's easy to use, always clean and good looking too. One issue, however, it probably have a week spot, and just snapped yesterday 😳 But after so much time of daily usage I guess it's not that bad after all. Pretty durable. We'll definitely buy new one, because we really love that one! Giving 4 stars, because snapped part could be a bit more durable as it's always under some pressure while using. ... show more

    • Works great and it's the right size for a small apartment
This mop & bucket set works great. I was looking at other designs and this one is exactly what I was looking for. It separates the dirty water from the cleaning solution. At first I thought it was small, but it turned out to be the perfect size for a small apartment. I can disassemble the mop handle so everything can be stored away in the bucket. It holds about 1 gallon of cleaning solution which is enough to clean a small apartment without refilling. The drain hole makes it very easy to empty the dirty water reservoir so you can refill with ease. It makes cleaning simple and easy. I read the reviews about the mop handle, but I still bought it to see if it's as bad as they say it is. It feels very sturdy to me. Everything is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The only gripe I have is that it's mostly made out of plastic. I hope the parts last a long time. It does come with lifetime warranty as per their website... ""Lifetime Warranty: Yes that's right, if your X3 Mop breaks for any reason we will send you a replacement free of charge, for life!"" ... show more

    • Great mop!!
I love the 3 chambers, this is the only mop that has it where you clean with clean water each time. Great invention. Worth every penny. Can it be improved? Yes, would be nice not to have to flip it in order to dip it in each direction, but that’s nothing. I love that it’s light weight to carry. I actually like mopping now. No more trips to the sink to clean the mop and get it cleaned each time. Until something better comes along, this is the best mop out there. We’ll see how long the stick will last with the plastic attachment to the mop head. So far I am thrilled with it! ... show more

Love the mop! This mop can actually go under a piece of furniture 1-3/4" off the ground. I swivels in any direction. The pads do a good job. Easy to assemble, but you really have to tighten the pieces together. Built stronger then most other products I have tried. NO Love for Mop: The pads are difficult and messy to change out. DISLIKE the Bucket: This needs MAJOR re-engineering. Leaves the mop way to wet and it is a PAIN in the end of the human anatomy. Conclusion: Keeping the mop and throwing the bucket out. All I can say is that it is an expensive MOP, but it has other uses, I found out. ... show more

By far the best mop I have ever used. Easy to use, has long handle for us "tall" people, can take out extension if you want it shorty. Very sturdy. Easy to clean bucket with drain plug and rinses out nice. Mop heads are easily washable. I loved the mop so much at home that I bought one for work. Love it. recommended to all. ... show more
