I suffer from back issues and this mop and bucket make it so much easier. The mop heads work well and the spinner takes away hand wringing out a mop head. The handle length fits well and you are using clean water each time because of the bucket design. There are extra mop heads and once you are finished you just throw them in the washing machine! Others in family have purchased each branding how they love the spin mop. I was gifted this set. Now I too am in love and bragging about this mop. Packaged from manufacturer. Very easy to assemble. Impressed with the spin feature in the bucket. Mop is light in weight with a detachable handle making it easy to wash or replace . After each use I wash out the dirty water from the mop and bucket. I was in the market for the original model but happened to find this one. I've been using it for a couple months now. Pros: -It separates clean water from dirty water. -It has the spin feature which is nice. -You can reuse the mop head after washing it in the washing machine. -The bucket is a decent size for my floor area (approximately 350 sq ft). -The mop head is small and a triangle shape which allows you to get in small spaces easily and corners. Cons: -Took a bit of a learning curve on how the clean water and dirty water are separated. Probably just me lol -Depending on your floor area, you may need to refill it. -The clean water basin doesn't open to allow you to give it a good rinse out. It just has that small opening where you fill it. I just swish water around as thoroughly as possible to clean it out after use. I attached a pic showing what I'm talking about. -Carrying the bucket/picking it up is wobbly. Like it's gonna tip over wobbly. I don't use the handle and just drag it or pick it up by the rim. Overall I love this mop system! I'm not sure how antimicrobial the mop head is? Or how that works exactly lol But I love that the clean and dirty water are separated, how genius is that! ... show more

Has a separate tank to fill and let clean water into a separate area for wetting the mop. It says it keeps the water clean but when you open the hatch to allow water in it does it from the bottom of the well, allowing some of the dirt on your mop to back feed into the area with clean water. When using the petal the mop bucket wobbles a bit. Seems durable and the mop is easy to use. Washable heads and a scrubber head is sold separately and fits and works well with it. ... show more

Easy to use, mop does not lay flat on floor and requires shifting around to avoid the plastic top from scraping the ground. Mop dries well. Bucket easy to empty dirty water.

I like to wait until something goes wrong with items like these before I write reviews. I love this system. I bought it to use as my once a month mop with cleaning solution, as my daily (if needed) is an e-cloth, and weekly is a steam mop. You're mostly mopping with clean water all the time, and the spin is so much handier than a wring. Being able to wash the mop heads is fantastic, too. I will agree with other reviews, though, that the mop handle is too short. I'm 5'4", and I do have to hunch over to get a good scrub with this. Also, as of today, the plastic part of the handle sheared off of the metal part. I got about 24 uses out of the mop handle before it broke. I'll totally be looking for a new handle, though. ... show more
