I tried only catches slow motion movements, The only drawback I would say is that the camera doesn't automatic zoom in and zoom out. So the person appear in the picture is kind of small but that's not that important for me. I can work with that, comma so far. I've been satisfied with it. Only thing I would say again is the battery you cannot charge the battery. Through the device, you have to take it off the device and chargeing station and also it can only charge one battery at a time.And I don't know how long the battery life is.So if you're doing a one hour long fitness streaming that may not work for you. I’ve had this device all of a few hours and am already obsessed with it. It’s super small so it’s easy to take with you, the quality of the images is so amazing, it has settings options to change between vertical and horizontal videos (yay, reel and tictok creators lol), and the preset modes are fantastic. I bought this to take with me on my travels and I cannot wait to see the shots. Honestly, if you’ve been on the fence, you should just buy it!
