Bought mine, no instructions were included. Found some online, chain was loose and kept coming off. Contacted customer service, they know their quality control is substandard so they refer me to a YouTube channel in Chinese. Ok, after spending way too much time I got the chain tight. Now rear sprocket is out of alignment so chain comes off even faster. I work out of state and am out of time so I initiate a return. They want me to “box up” an 80lb atv and take it to UPS. Original steel cage it arrived in was destroyed in transit so NO WAY TO RETURN ITEM. I email them again, they tell me to take it to a mechanic. I called 11 atv/scooter shops, newsflash, they only work on “authorized manufacturers.” So now my 6yo daughter has a broken birthday gift that she can’t use, and has to sit another few months until i get home to waste more hrs figuring it out instead of buying the electric one that (after shipping) was the same price and obviously a better purchase. ... show more

Mechanically the four wheeler is fine. Starts first pull and operates as should. All of the body plastics were cracked however. There is a big spot by the fuel tank that the handlebars rubbed through the paint while it was in transit. Also it was missing a few bolts. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient/disappointing since it cost almost 700 bucks after shipping. I think next four wheeler I buy for my son will be from a dealer where there is more pride in product quality. ... show more

Comes with some assembly required, hardest thing about it is getting it out of the metal shipping cage. Bought this for my 6yr old grandson, needless to say he loved it. The gloves,goggles and neckerchief are all adult size so don’t plan on your child actually being able to use them lol. The 4 wheeler itself is nice for the price point , it’s basic with one gear … forward … no reverse and I was a little disappointed that the headlights are fake, on the up side … it is a 4 stroke so no mixing of oil and gas is required… it’s a basic beginner Atv … if you’re just looking for the very basics before moving on to a nicer machine this will work well for you ... show more

Easy go assemble, fired up on 3rd pull. Leaving this review in November. My son rides this for a few hours every weekend. Have not had 1 single issue with this atv. My 5 year old is quickly out growing it and we will be handing it down to our 3 year old to enjoy. If you are on the fence about buying an atv on Amazon, this has been a great selection for us and I'd do it again. ... show more

Everyone's were happy because the way how the order reach , packaged, organized, include all tools you need to assemble it and all easy assemble . Just you need pay attention to meatal frame that hold the ATV have sharp edges so you need to ware gloves to protect your hands through assembling.

UPDATE: the company sent a heat shield so my grandson can ride it now…. The engine gets so hot that our grandson won’t ride it in the summer. We are going to try motorcycle boots when it cools down. It is a pull start ~ expected for the price. Size and speed perfect for our four year old grandson.
