With a lower profile podium area and reduced weight, the X-POLE X-STAGE Lite is even more portable, but just as stable as the X-STAGE. For this pole, we generally recommend a user weight limit of 330lbs. You can increase the stability by adding weight plates. Always test your pole’s stability before each use.

Was very heavy but needs to be for sturdiness. I set it up, took a little bit to figure out until I really read the assembly instructions. I am a pole fitness champion and I can manage on this pole, but I do sometimes get a bit worried seeing as I get a little carried away with crazy and afraid it's gonna wobble apart but hasn't yet. It does wobble a bit but it seems fine. I like spinning, but I prefer stationary and it has the option to be versatile in that way. I want to buy another one, but this has been sold out for so long. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would...I asked a lot of experienced pole/aerial fitness friends and this company came as the most recommended to purchase a pole from. It's no wonder. The quality and SAFETY of the whole set up is as safe as the professional locations to train in. Also...HUUUUGE shoutout to their customer service for 2 reasons. 1) I made a mistake in ordering and called them. They were really understanding about it and fixed the error in less than a minute--no questions asked. Even then, one of the pieces of my order arrived damaged (it's bound to happen once in awhile shipping awkwardly shaped pieces, I'm sure). I emailed them some pictures and amazon said to give them up to 48 hours to respond. They responded within 2-3 hours being very sorry about what happened, said they were happy to send out replacement parts asap, and immediately asked if I wanted to use the same address. Honestly...even if there was a comparable competitor nearby, I'd rather work with X-Pole US just based on their customer service.     • Professional quality but heavy.
It’s super heavy, but it wouldn’t be sturdy without weight. It was quite taxing moving the boxes around and putting it together solo. The directions are confusing, so the first time putting it together will likely take more than 10 minutes, ikea type instructions... pretty annoying. It’s professional grade and feels very safe.     • worth the investment if you travel alot!
Definitely worth the buy for a pole dancer who travels often or will be frequently dancing in a place without a cieling. I had to buy a shorter extension to fit it into my apartment which has 7'10" celings. The metal base is much more comfortable once warm.
