It Looks beautiful, but as I saw with other reviews, it did arrive with broken glass. I actually ordered 3, and 2 out of 3 were broken, and the one remaining had some imperfections, bubbles in the glass. I did get replacements for the broken ones without much of an issue.

The fixtures are very nice, but 1 of the glass shades arrived broken. Amazon stated there isn’t a way to get a replacement for the glass and my only option is to reorder the entire fixture just to get a new glass. There’s no way to contact the seller.

Just love this light. The gold is soft and has a sparkle to it. It's not the shinny gold of the 90s. Have gold door knobs and fixtures in house as well as some silver. Looking for something to blend with those tones. This worked perfectly. Has just enough gold to give it some color and large glass dome gives that extra sparkle. Quality product. Better than I expected. Glass dome 8s open at bottom allowing for quick and easy bulb changes. Comes with a soft white efisoon bulb too! I bought 2. One for over island and 1 for over the sink. Was afraid it might be too large for over the sink. But is perfect in both locations. I have a double window over sink so it could take the extra size. May be too large for a single window. But, only used 2 links of chain so light is closer to ceiling opposed to hanging down more from chain. Have 8 foot ceilings. ... show more

Update - the seller is amazing & accommodating. Received a replacement for the glass. Overall, the customer service is/was top notch & I'm loving my new chandelier. Looks great/chic & was the perfect size for what I was looking for. Fits perfect with the rest of my home decor. instructions are very basic and as this being my first time changing out a fixture, it was troublesome. The MAIN reason for the low star review is that the holes for the glass are not properly drilled to align with the screws and the rest of the fixture. :( I can also see hairline cracks in the glass from (my assumption) when the holes were predrilled. ... show more

The lights are nice, they give off a warm glow. We just installed them this morning. We did notice that they have a tendency to be unbalanced or sit crooked. When adjusting them we see that the rings that hold the light to the chains are different in size & construction. Since they were delivered on different days it’s safe to say they came from different warehouses so consistency wasn’t guaranteed. Ideally I want to replace one of the lights so they match but I am unwilling to pay for it or take one down to send back until I know the resolution is certain. ... show more
