It's a successful purchase. I am 5'7, 160lbs male, and picked M size. Fit it well. The jacket is a little bit darker than the image above, but I don't mind. It looks still good. My pictures show the real color. If anybody needs, check it. I know what type of jacket would be perfect for me to ski. It has a pocket on my chest, every pocket has zippers and tight sleeves. Everything about this item met my expectations! When I ordered it, I did not realize that it has a snap elastic band. You snap it around your waist to keep the snow, rain and wind out. I purchased this for my 25 year old Son, for Christmas. He was ecstatic when he tried it on. He wears it everywhere. I think it was his favorite gift. He had me try it on and it is VERY comfortable!! I live in West Texas where it is 80 degrees one day then 4 degrees three days later (accurate) and I love having this new jacket to keep me warm. I normally wear an XL, but purchased a L based on the reviews I read. The L fit me perfectly. I am 6', 185lbs male btw. Purchase this! You will not regret it. I am 6' and 215lbs. The large fits perfectly. Temps have been in the mid 20s and I'm happy with it keeping me warm. Keeps the wind out too. Update:: I just walked 4 miles in single digit temps and this still kept me warm. Had a thin fleece shirt underneath and after about 15 minutes I was almost sweating. I got this for my son last week and he really likes it. Warm, soft inside, even in the hood. Lots of pockets and they all zip. Zipper goes all the way up, past your mouth.
