    • Good pocket-sized flashlight, but gets a bit hot

This little flashlight is nicely constructed -- it has a good weight to it and uses a combination of metal and rubberized-plastic components that make it feel like a substantial and durable pocket-torch. It's easy to recharge via any USB-C cable, and it's very easy to switch between the lighting modes, and you can even zoom/focus the light by pulling on the telescoping lens area. It's a little bit bulkier and heavier and not quite as bright as some other higher-end pocket-flashlights of similar size I've owned from better-known and more-expensive brands -- but it's one of the highest quality flashlights of this type of come across at such (relatively) low price-point. It's a good value, I think, and definitely handy to have around in glove-box, toolbox, or kitchen drawer, etc., for when there's a power outage or you need to light up a cabinet while doing some quick repairs or looking for something, and so on. There's a "Caution: Hot" warning around the lamp end of the flashlight -- and, wow, it does get very warm on that end of the flashlight very quickly. That has me a little worried -- a lot of modern LEDs, in my experience, tend to run pretty cool, so I don't understand why this bulb heats up so much. The other big question mark will be how long the LED bulb and rechargeable battery last -- so far everything's working great, but with products like this those are the two elements that are most likely to go on the fritz first. The battery is easily replaceable (if you can find another rechargeable battery of the same size and power -- it pops out easily, as you'll see when you first open the device up to remove the little sticker that's keeping the battery from activating until first use). I bulb looks like it might also be replaceable (the lens top easily screws off to allow access to the bulb, but I didn't try removing the bulb, so I'm sure how it's connected). ... show more

It's a heavy duty and small S1500 model, so convenient for pocket or purse in, outside of or around the house. The clip is very helpful, sometimes proving to be a necessity. I'm glad it's shock-resistant. I had a larger, heavier and much brighter S3000 model that I absolutely loved, but I must have dropped it a hundred times so that now it objects to turning on. $9.99 is an incredibly good price these days! Besides, it arrived on the third day after the ordering, so if there were no shipping and handling charge on it, I might easily give the courier a big tip! ... show more

Exactly what I was looking for. Very bright. The zoom is excellent! Small in size but that's great for camping or a child size. The lights are used around the house and for dog walking and throw a very bright light. They are small and easy to carry with. I would recommend these flashlights.

The media could not be loaded. Disappointed with this item. Won't come. Back in Just got product. Today came on once when taken out of box but stop working. When tryed to turn on again wasted if money would like a refund from the seller our another flash light that works.

This Wowlite flashlight is plenty bright for my camping trips. Especially for the reasonable price. I like the compact size. The thing I don't like, is that there is only one button to control the flashlight. This means you have to cycle through all of the options every time you want go from off to on to off.
