  • Don't waste your money!
Exorbitant price for a product that does little to illuminate, guide or assist entry level individuals who are struggling w/ the challenges of CBT concepts. One can just as easily add lesson headlines to individual pages of a spiral bound notebook for a substantially reduced cost.
