    • Premium Quality at a Budget Price
My daughter is a bit of a baby doll connoisseur. With Dolls numbering well beyond what I can count, she has owned everything from the most basic and budget minded toy dolls all the way up to the premium silicone based dolls that run in the neighborhood of $200. This "reborn" styled doll falls somewhere in between those extremes though offers a value far beyond the $30 asking price. Construction wise this is a pretty standard baby doll. Made with a soft body and vinyl arms, leg, and head, it has the initial feel of a pretty routine doll, however where this doll FAR exceeds expectations and very wallet friendly price is in it's paint decal. This is without a doubt one of the most realistic doll's you'll find on the market. It it weren't for the painted on hair, this baby doll could easily be mistaken for an actual child by passerby's unaware. Fine details down to the individual toe and finger nails are second to none, with a lifelike quality that just isn't seen in retail packaged dolls. This particular doll comes with a magnetic mouth to hold the included pacifier in place and it along with the included baby bottle, outfit, "birth certificate" headband, and socks, makes for an excellent gift for any child. At 18" in size it has the appearance of a newborn. Many dolls are often slightly larger than this and as a result don't quite have the same "newborn" look about the,. The slightly undersize presented here however only adds to the realism. This is a doll that's meant to be held and loved. The soft body and durable materials should stand up to the riggors of playtime for years to come. Given the cost, I'm hard pressed to find any fault with the product. I would like to see a version with open eyes, and for a slightly increased cost I'm sure the manufacturers could figure out how to add realistic hair, but at the current price this is beyond a good value. As I noted, my daughter has at this point somewhere around 50+ baby dolls which she has acquired over the years but this one ranks easily amongst the very best... only being beaten out by a few of those very expensive silicone offerings. If you've read this far do yourself a favor and pull the trigger on this purchase. It's well worth the $30 asking price and should make any little girl quite happy. ... show more

Such a precious baby girl doll. So realistic and would make an excellent gift for a child or an adult collector. This doll can be better but for the price is quite amazing. This isn't going to be as good as a custom 1000 dollar artist doll but it's not trying to be. But I will say this still punches way above it's price tag. WOW!! This realistic reborn baby doll is amazing. She looks and feels so realistic. The coloring of her skin right down to all the little wrinkles in her chin, arms, hands, legs, and feet. Even the little fingernails and toenails are shiny and so realistic looking. Her hair is just printed on and her body is a soft material body but she is so realistic looking I can't get over it. Times sure have changed since I was a little girl such a long, long, time ago. My dolls were a hard plastic with no moveable parts. This doll is so precious looking with moveable arms, legs, and head. I love the little magnetic pacifier and how it attaches to her lips. My dolls had holes in their lips to stick a bottle or pacifier in and they looked funny with the hole with nothing in it. I really am amazed at how realistic looking this baby doll is. She has red spots on her skin just like a real baby. She has real eyelashes you can feel and see move when you rub them. She even has the soft spot on the top of her head. She has a little weight to her and her behind has some beads in it to allow her to sit up. Her outfit is very cute with the little head band and socks. She also comes with a baby bottle with nipple cover. She is really amazing. This baby doll would make a great gift for any little girl. She would also make a great gift for someone elderly, especially someone with dementia. This baby doll way surpasses my expectations. I highly, highly recommend her. ... show more
