I work with young, Autistic children and there is a four-year-old who is currently having troubles at home, with mom and older sister. Mom is hardly around, and sister is a bit rough, so this doll has become a form of therapy. It's something he can love on, and cradle and sister is learning through taking care of the doll to be gentler. It's vinyl head and limbs, its piercing eyes, soft skin with slight veins and infant like facial expressions, it's hard to not treat the doll like a newborn baby. The cloth body is heavy, giving the doll lifelike weight and form. She is absolutely adorable...this was an excellent purchase and the value by far exceeds the cost. Highly Recommend!! ... show more

This KSBD Realistic Reborn Baby Dolls - 20 Inch Lifelike Newborn Baby Doll, Real Life Baby Dolls Girl is absolutely adorable. I removed the headband, because I think it detracts from the nice hair on this doll, which took a little rearranging to get to look good as it's patchy in places. I wish the hair was more even and that it had more, but over all I'm satisfied. The doll is nice and heavy. The body is soft. The doll comes with a diaper, a bottle, a birth certificate, and a magnetic pacifier that you can attach to the dolls lips. The doll came well wrapped. I had to undress it completely to get all the wrappings off. I was worried I'd damage the doll, or it's clothes if I left them on. But it is very well wrapped for transport. All in all for this price, it's a really nice doll. ... show more
