    • Better than the OG
I've had a decant of the OG, TF Oud Wood, for a long time, so I'm very familiar with the profile this is trying to clone. Personally, I've tried over 600 scents over the past couple of years in my scent journey, ranging from all of the usual suspects in your neighborhood Ulta/Macy's/etc., down to the smallest of handmade niche houses, and all kinds of price points in between. That said, I don't claim to be a fragrance snob/guru/expert or anything, but I'm writing this all to say... this is the best clone fragrance I've ever tried, and one of the best values for money you can find in the entire world of fragrances, in my opinion. This is not identical to Oud Wood, but it's so close it doesn't matter. The OG is slightly more dense, dry and woodier, so to speak, but this is slightly fresher and livelier, which I actually prefer to the OG. Yup, I said it, I actually think this $20-25 clone is BETTER than the OG, and, to be honest, if someone gave me a bottle of Oud Wood, I would sell it, pocket the money, and buy another bottle of this. Yes, it's THAT good. Performance is also slightly better than the OG, as it projects slightly better and lasts longer (FWIW, I get 6-8 hrs from Oud Wood and 8-10 hrs from Woody Oud). I haven't tried the other popular OW clone on here, Oud Wonder, but this tends to be cheaper anyways, so I'd go with this and not look back. I generally always prefer the originals over any clones, but in this particular case, there's ZERO reason to spend the money to get Oud Wood, as this is actually even better than the OG and less than 1/10th of the price. ... show more

Great dupe smells spot on I was definitely worried about how similar they’d smell but for 20 dollars it’s worth the risk and it absolutely paid off. Not sure on the last time since I just got it but it definitely projects amazing. Absolutely worth it

I now own the whole line of tom ford clones from maison alhambra. All I can say is these smell way more expensive than they actually are. This projects great and lasts a long time. A very woody fragrance as you'd expect. Do not hesitate to buy any of these alhambra tom ford private blend clones.

Due to my taste in fragrances, not sure if I'd like this but it's definitely a winner. You've gotta have a particular self confidence to wear this one for sure.....not at all Lil boi juice.

For a $20 bottle, this is a very very good alternative to the more expensive brand. In smelling both I notice they are very similar with the only key difference I notice being the sweetness in the original. Once sprayed the sweetness is alike, but after staying on the skin for no time at all that sweetness turns more into a woodsy, pine smell. It last quite a long time, is very fresh, and the only downside that I notice is there is almost a baby powderish smell in the back after being sprayed and left on the skin for a while. I have never tried the OG as I refuse to the price for it. I do have other niche, designer and clone frags, but did not want to pay the price for the original TF....personal preference. Tip: Let this scent sit and mature/ macerate for weeks, months it starts out good and gets even better with age. Dispense around 10 to 12 sprays over time to let oxygen in the bottle and wait, retest from time to time. Store in dark cool place. This scent passed the wife and daughter test right out of the box. Clean, lite, airy woody frag. My girls said they could smell it in the house as I moved about, (silage.) I got kind of nose blind to it but they said they picked it up even after I left the room. Not, a "beast mode", but it's not supposed to be. But does trail and projects well. Longevity, has improved with age as well. This is "great" for layering, and I use this both alone and as a "universal layering" cologne. It somehow combines nicely with every scent I've paired with it!. It's a keeper unlike a couple of other clones from this house namely Tobacco Touch ( Christmas spices, and cinnamon) and Amber Leather ( awful, stank leather, dipped in bilge water/ fuel oil). Woody Oud on the other hand, is a keeper and I plan to purchase a 2nd backup bottle. ... show more
