We originally got a longer,larger rug like this for our kitchen and like it so much, we purchased this smaller one for the entrance to our bathroom. The floor there is slippery and we needed a small rug that stays put for safety reasons. This did just that. It stays and does not move or slip around. The material is smooth (feels like silk or velvet under the feet) but it is not absorbant, just so you know. It's a synthetic material, not anything that absorbs like cotton,etc. We are very satisfied with it though. It looks good and is efficient for what we wanted (mainly something that won't move when you step on it). I give it 5 stars. The selection of colors and patterns is great. I bought two of these rugs for our kitchen when they were on sale for Prime Day. The gray color fits our kitchen perfectly. Our kids like how soft they are, so I bought a bigger version for each of the kid rooms. The rug is very soft, vibrant and easy to clean. I am deducting half a star because the non skid bottom is just so so. Nothing a bit of carpet tape won't fix. Update: I bought another to go under our kitchen table. This time I bought the 5x7. Same quick shipping, soft touch, WASHABLE rug. Take note the print is definitely more pixelated looking on the bigger rugs. I love that this rug is a good size for a runner and it feels very soft on your feet. You can tell even with shoes on that you are walking on a carpet And the sickness of it I think is perfect and I love that it is machine washable because nowadays I feel like I’m always cleaning my rugs! I definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a runner. I have had great luck with rugs that I have bought from Amazon. This is my fourth or fifth rug from Amazon that I am very pleased with! Oh, and it does not slip at all so the adhesion on the bottom is great. I’ve tried to even step on the rug And move it, but luckily it stays in place great! So the rug is nice, thick and soft, colors are pretty and vivid. But. The no slip texture on the bottom like fused to the floor, had it down for about a year. Was horrible trying to pry it off, and the foam dots kinda just ripped off the rug part and stayed glued to the floor since they were so stuck. I used rubbing alcohol to dissolve the adhesive, which removed most of it after soaking for a few mins and scrubbing. Maybe only use on tile floors :/ ... show more
