Pros: very easy to apply, long lasting color (lost maybe 15% vibrancy by end of day), even results when lips are exfoliated & hydrated, varied color pay off depending on how long it’s left on (different vibrancy for different moods). Cons: swatches do not help in choosing color (Beautiful was my first choice and both 10 and 30 second application times gave me more of a “raspberry” color (at different vibrancies) that was too bold for me. MUST MUST MUST exfoliate before use. Not a huge problem - use toothbrush on lips after brushing teeth and you should be fine. Not hydrating, it didn’t make my lips feel super dry/chapped, but it was just enough that I felt I needed a lip oil/chapstick/gloss on top throughout the day. I returned the “Beautiful” shade and exchanged it for “XOXO” and I was much happier with the shade. I did notice the “tingle” that others have mentioned after application, but it only happened with Beautiful, not XOXO which I thought was interesting. I did buy Beautiful here on Amazon and ordered XOXO straight from wonderskin website (it had a quicker delivery time). So I hope that’s just a coincidence and that the ones here on Amazon aren’t fakes. Both packaging, prices, and product consistencies were the same, even down to the product scent. ... show more

    • Easy to use, cute, and lasts forever
I don’t usually write reviews but this was worth it. I kept seeing ads for this on my IG and figured I’d try it out. I got the shade XOXO. I exfoliated my lips right before applying and applied according to the instructions on the box and used the mist. The color was so pretty (I selected it using their color quiz), and lasted 12 hours before I noticed it was fading. I was eating and drinking during this time as well, and even used chapstick on top. It didn’t dry out my lips and was bold enough to stick out but also something I could wear with minimal makeup as well. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

I like that this is a lip stain and stays on longer than a regular lipstick without leaving residue like a normal lipstick would. The color is beautiful. It did seem to wear off before the end of day, but I still highly recommend this product.

Color: Glamorous Stain & Go
I love this lip stain! I have every color and there isn’t one that I don’t absolutely love. That being said, I achieve results a little bit different than the instructions. First, I exfoliate my lips because nobody wants to see splotches of color on your lips. It looks like you have leprosy. Then, I do an even coat on both lips. Do not rub your lips together. It will transfer all of the color from one lip to the other. Then I wait for the product to dry (30-60 seconds). Then I add a second even coat. Then I find something to keep me busy for the next 5-10 minutes. After that I wipe the blue off of my lips with a damp paper towel. Don’t use a baby wipe or makeup wipe because the alcohol in the wipe will remove the color. Then I put another single even layer on my lips and leave it for 1-2 minutes and wipe it off with the damp paper towel. After that, I use a non petroleum based lip gloss or oil to finish it out. This will last all day and sometimes part of the next day as I’ve woken up to my lips still being perfectly stained. Also, you’re not limited to just the colors that they have as you can do any combination of colors with the 2 layers by using 2 different colors. Side note, I see a lot of comments pertaining to the activator for the Stain & Go. I have both the kit and the Stain & Go. They are 2 different formulas. The Stain & Go is a wipe off formula. The kit needs the activator to be removed by peeling. The kit does produce a better, deeper color though. Anywho…..good luck! ... show more

Note, I have sensitive skin so with that in mind, as soon as I applied the product I felt and tingling, slightly burning sensation. Lips didn’t feel dry, more like they are sunburned. I kept chapstick on them, color not as dark as expected. Almost 4 hours later, I have a rash in surrounding area where it touched my skin when I wiped it off. Shared pics of application and 4 hours later. Still feels sunburned. Not sure I will use again as end result not worth the irritation. ... show more

    • Trying to what all the hype is about
Color: Bella Stain & Go
I originally saw this product on TikTok. So many people loving it coming across my For You page. I figured I'd try it and found that the price here on Amazon was several dollars less than the TikTok shop (great right?) ... I ordered three of them off of Amazon. I wanted different shades so I got them in a pink shade, mauve shade and a red. What I thought to be *very* different colors/shades/intensities. Honestly, all three are pretty much the exact same shade as the end result. They go on easily (just have a steady hand) and be a little bit patient when allowing the (very bright) purple layer to dry (couple of minutes). Wipe the purple stuff away and you do have a medium reddish color left behind. It's pretty. But they all look exactly the same. My biggest complaint is that IT DOESN'T STAY ON! I'm not sure why all of these other people are raving about how it "stays all day". It sure doesn't stay for me. Couple of hours in and its definitely fading away. Certainly when eating or drinking. They say its removed by using an oil based make-up remover ... let's think about that .. oil based. Any food products that are oily or contain oil (fried foods, pastries, salad dressing etc ) are going to contribute to it being removed every time you wipe your mouth. I have actually seen the color coming off on the napkin or tissue. The staining effect simply just doesn't stay on for me. Overall I think its way too expensive for what you get and I'm not loving the product itself either. Anyone looking for long wear lipstick (I know this is a lip stain, not lipstick - I get that) ...I would recommend (my gold standard) Provocalips by Rimmel. It does actually last 12-16 hours and lasts through eating, drinking, kissing etc ... And totally worth it at the very reasonable price point! ... show more
