I actually really love this lip creme ~ the color is just lovely, it goes on smooth and thick, and it has a slight plumping effect ~ for this price point it's excellent. I give it 4 stars for 2 reasons ~ there just isn't much in the tube, period. I’m giving this only 3 stars because all though it has a buttery texture and it is very pretty it does not plump my lips at all. That is literally in the name. If you are looking for a nice lip gloss then get it. If you are wanting a plumping effect then I would recommend you pass on this product.

The tube was only about a third full to start with. There was zero plumping effect. It was hydrating and the color is pretty, but it needs to be reapplied frequently.
