Overall I consider this a very good product, the little pouch that it comes with for pushing against the hernia works very well. My only complaint is that it digs into me just a little bit on the sides, where it has metal bars for support and stability, but that being said I'm also over 300 lb and 6 foot 2 so literally everything digs into me when I bend over. The quality was good but it wasn't wide enough for me and wouldn't stay in place. I'm a big girl so I exchanged it for a wider one from the same company and the wider one works much better for me

Belt does not have accurate sizing. Runs small and no room for pad. Also does not stay in place, rolls down as you move. Unless being of a thin body style with minimal BMI, it will roll down and out of place of any navel area. A review without mentioning body size is useless. Just tried to purchase a belt that wasn't so visible under shirt. This is not the answer. A wide belt with shoulder straps is far superior provided it's the right waist size. ... show more
