I think this is the most flattering exercise dress I’ve tried! I have the original outdoor voices one, one from Target, and another from Amazon. This is the first that is fitted where it should be but not too tight or too loose everywhere else. I’m 5’3, 105 lbs and ordered an XS. It feels well made and high quality. There are pockets on both sides of the shorts which is nice, and I appreciate the padded cups. First of all, I purchased four different athletic golf/tennis dresses in hopes of finding the best one. All of them were between $20 and $40. This ended up being the cheapest and my absolute FAVORITE one! I am 5'3 and a curvy, muscular, build and I picked this dress because it I liked the open back and the way it comes in at the waist. Never feature disappointed! I think that it would be flattering on absolutely anyone because of the way that it snatches the waist. The skirt goes out in a skater girl style making the waist look even more trim. The material is thick, not see through, high quality and stretchy. It sucked me in perfectly, all while being comfortable. The back is really pretty and the built in shorts have POCKETS!! I went golfing in this dress all day and was able to carry my phone in the secret pocket in the shorts. I would highly recommend this dress and I think I will order it in more colors. PROS: This dress was SO comfortable! The fabric was soft, stretchy and complimented my hourglass shape. Everything from the unique back detail to the built in shorts had me sold! But.. CONS: I personally didn’t feel the dress was flattering in the chest to ribcage area. I’m usually a S in tops (34 C in bras) and a M/L in bottoms. It just felt loose and had no support for the girls which kind of had a “flattening” effect. I was debating on exchanging for a size S but the built in shorts would have been way too tight on my legs. Overall.. I would still 100% recommend! ... show more

I’m about 180lbs, 5’6”, 36D, curvy, and the Large fits absolutely perfectly! I couldn’t be more happy, and best of all, I can actually wear it braless/no extra support! So often I’ll want pieces that have “built-in” support and that just doesn’t work for me or feel comfortable, and this is a dream. The fact that it has shorts is perfect and the stretchy material is soft and flattering. I’m planning on building a costume over it so the fact that you have to take it off completely is a bit of a downer, but for as great as it fits and supports “up top,” I’ll deal with it! I’m 5’9” so I always worry about the length of dresses but I’m 130 pounds 34D and got the Medium. It fits great! I’m going to wear it to magic kingdom and I honestly can’t wait. It’s the perfect Disney red color. It has great material as well!

Maybe my fault idk. The material is so thick. Dress is heavier than expected. The fit is cute and girlie like I wanted. Easy to clip behind the neck. Built in bra is comfy too.
