No long strings or gaps, and the buttons are sewn on well. The buttons are genuine, not just decorative, so you can unbutton them. The care instruction tag on the inside side seem is long and plasticy. So far it hasn't irritated me, but it looks easy enough to cut out if need be. No back tag. I really like this tank with the cute buttons. I wore it in Key West and it was another one I found not to be tight or short. It was breathable and lightweight but not a cheap lightweight. I had to return some tank tops in a pack that were made of unbreathable material which got high reviews. I could tell upon touch they were not going to hold up in 101.9 degrees. I believe they were made for yoga and fast drying. I choke in those. This was perfect for hot weather and one night, too exhausted from the day, I just slept in it. The color was perfect. The color on this is really nice. I also like that the fit is roomy and there is plenty of length to it so it doesn't ride up. The neckline is secure and doesn't gape open when you lean over. Very pleased with the cut, color and fit. Will be buying more of these!
