The blazer is a thick polyester material that does have a bit of stretch to it. I think it's probably too thick and heavy to wear in hot summer months. It runs small, so especially if you are hourglass shaped, I would size up. (I sized up and was glad I did!) Thesleeves are not baggy like in the 90's and there's the tiniest bit of stretch, so they look good but will bend with you if need be.
