I have a curvy shape and this jacket, which I ordered in my normal size large, fits perfectly and looks fabulous! I also have a short torso. The button comes comes just below my bust. I have a B cup. I say all this because if you're a normal size large with a long torso or a large bust this may not work as well for you, as far as that button goes. The fabric is stretchy and therefore can work for various body shapes but the height of the button and buttonhole may not work for those with long torsos. The sleeves are cut to an average length, so that means that on me they're 4 inches too long, but I'm used to that and am prepared to shorten the sleeves. The jacket is super comfortable too. It's unlined, which is ok with me because I Iive in a year-round warm climate. I can see myself wearing this jacket with pants, skirts and certain dresses - very versatile. I have wanted this jacket for a year. A friend of mine bought it in the Kelly Green, and wore it to a party I had for St. Patrick’s Day, and I loved it on her. So I finally broke down and got it for this St. Patrick’s Day and Iv already worn it twice. I ordered two sizes, a XL and a 1X because I didn’t know what size would fit me. The recommendation from Amazon was a 2x but I’m so glad I didn’t get that. The 1X was too large everywhere except in the sleeve length, which makes no sense because the sleeves on the XL are too long. I am generally a women’s plus size 12 in tops. 0 in Torrid tops. Other than the length of the sleeves the XL fits great. I just rolled the sleeves up until I can get them shortened. The fabric is a nice weight and the color is vibrant. It is quite comfortable and dresses any outfit up. What I didn’t like how the shoulder pads are sewn in, they are not removable and they kind of stick out of the fabric in the back. It was also very wrinkly when it came because it’s folded in a bag so be read to iron it or take it to get pressed. I also thought it would be longer in front and back than it is, but I still like it. So much so that I’m thinking of getting another color. 🍀💚 ... show more

This Blazer is true to size, super cute on, you can wear it on a casual day and for work very versatile, it's about medium weight, and the jacket just looks really nice all around! Thinking about getting the same one but in a different color!

I was worried about my chest and shoulders being too large, or the sleeves being too long and this fit almost like it was custom made. It's a little looser in the waist, but I ordered a size up because women's clothing tends to run small. I'd say this runs true to size, no need to order a size up. My shoulders have room to move. I paired this with a pencil skirt and heels and it looks so professional, it's look great with trousers or jeans too. It is made out of a cotton jersey material so it's soft like a tee shirt while maintaining a structured appearance. I thought I'd have to remove the shoulder pads but they actually help maintain the blazer structure so I'm keeping them. Could easily cut out without messing up the jacket if you don't like them though. The peplum bottom also hides my mom pouch which is awesome. The waist comes in enough to help maintain an hourglass shape. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to look professional and put together and be comfortable at the same time. ... show more

I ordered this to wear for an event. It looks beautiful & classy. And looks like it would fit perfectly but I wouldn't know. I never recieved the item. It is NOT the vendors fault, It is amazon's fault. On the day it was suppose to be delivered I recieved a message "Package delayed in transit". The package was at the distribution center in Port St Lucie, Florida. It sat there for 7 days without any deivery attempt. SHAME ON AMAZON. First jacket was nice, but too big. I returned it immediately, tags still attached. Reordered in next smaller size. Fits great. Only issue was that the the tags were not attached and the jacket smelled really odd. Pretty sure someone ordered it, wore it, and returned.
