The feel of the material is fairly comfortable, the stretch is as expected and good quality concerning warmth on legs for cold weather temperatures. For my first time try-on, the shaping and stretch of the stockings are good for general fitting on the leg including while putting them on and taking them off. The length of each stocking is satisfactory to me according with my 5'5 height. However, I personally recommend adding some kind of garter set on thighs to attach to the top of each stocking. Why I recommend this is because while wearing them under a knee-length dress the left stocking rolled down a bit while the other stocking stayed put after some walking around. The left stocking had rolled down from the thigh halfway to the knee but at least the hold was strong enough not to fall all the way down the leg. ... show more

I am 5'11 and these stockings come just above my knee...with a lot of tugging. I don't know if they will stretch out or not, but these aren't what I expected or need. Good quality otherwise, and I like the color.

I really like this product, but I find some important things to mention before purchasing. If you have sensitive skin, this might not be the best for you. I found that when wearing them for long periods of time, they can make my legs slightly itchy. I also wish I knew just how long I should expect them to be, as well as how much they would stretch. I’m only 5’2” and they reach my mid thigh. They are nice to wear under dresses if you aren’t a fan of leggings. They are super thick and keep me warm, so perfect for the wintertime. I like to wear them to feel... let's say, better about myself, haha. At 5'4" (162.6 cm) and 230 lbs (104.3 kg), you could say that I'm overweight. Obviously I don't have the thinnest legs ever, but my thighs and calves are not especially thick. When I purchased these I was worried that they may not fit me, but I decided to give them a shot. I think they fit on me okay. I don't wear them very often, but when I do I find them comfortable. I personally like the sensation of wearing tight clothing. If you're a bigger person, but not too big in the legs, these may fit you, but be tight. The only problem I've had with them is that the tops of the socks roll down, but I think that's a problem with most tall socks. Perhaps with more use I'll find more problems, but for now, they're fine. ... show more
