I ordered these boots for winter wear, but they have more of an edgy appearance than I’d like so I am returning. They seem to be of good quality and have a very thick heel. I followed Amazons sizing recommendation of going up a half size and they were a great fit. The calf area was pretty roomy, and I’d say I have medium size legs. I cannot attest to all day comfort, but I was satisfied in comfort while trying them on. I don’t see much versatility with these. Overall a good boot, just not my style. ... show more

Wear it all winter. Nice and warm and comfortable. My calves are wide and they don't get tight either, but they have the ability to loosen up a bit and over time they stretch out at the top. I love these boots!

I was looking for months for a basic every day black boot. Online they looked okay. I didn't love the look of the thick rubber soles. The style appeared to youthful for a 55 year old to wear. But to my surprise I Love them. My favorite boots so far. Super comfortable so cute and a staple everyday boot. For work and play. The concept of the boots are cute however they come right to the back of my knees and they hurt when I bend my leg. I’m a bout 5’2. They fit great at the calf and while they’re a bit bulky I think they’re still nice looking.
