I bought this dress twice - first return was because the dress was already coming undone from the seams on the back zipper and I hadn’t even worn it yet. The second return was because the dress was already worn and was covered in oil stains and heavy perfume. I love the style, fit, and color of the dress but haven’t been able to wear it out due to the major problems it already came with prior to even trying it on. Please do better overall. ... show more

I purchased the blue in a large. It was the DARKEST navy ever and huge. I ordered a second one on burgundy in a medium and it was tiny! My size 6 daughter barely made it on. The dress itself is stunning, but order several sizes as they seem really inconsistent.

    • A little large but very lovely
We were invited to a Christmas wedding and I searched what felt like every corner of the internet, friends closets and local dress shops before I found this and fell in love. It is polyester but the fabric is substantial and has a nice weight to it. The seams are perfectly done and I'm honestly so impressed. Some minor wrinkles ironed out without problem. On the big day the weather was very cold and snowy but thanks to the cut of the dress it was easy to wear a warm base layer under. I ordered size XS and found it to be more like a S, especially the shoulder width. Without time to tailor it I used some double sided body tape as a temporary solution, worked like a charm throughout the day. The emerald is a treat for the eye and the other colors look absolutely beautiful too. The waistband makes the dress easy to adjust, the waist is elastic, so are the sleeves. If you have a large bust it is probably better to look at a different style though, as it will be difficult to make the fabric fold in a flattering way around the nipple area. ... show more

I was really excited about this dress. When it arrived in the mail and I opened the package, the quality of the dress was great. The color was exactly what I needed for my cousin's wedding. When I tried the dress on it was flattering and seemed to fit perfectly, until I turned around. The back zipper section created a hump. There is either an excess of fabric or the zipper is sized wrong. In an effort to adjust the hump by pulling down on the back of the dress, the zipper split open with little to no effort. I bought this dress for a wedding that I attended this past weekend. Looking at the reviews, I couldn't decide if I wanted a bow in the front or in the back. Well as it turns out, I didn't make a bow at all. In fact I didn't even tie the sashes. Either way I tried tying them, it accentuated my waistline which isn't what i wanted. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and weigh 135. I bought a medium. Letting both sashes hang in front elongates my body, and I got 3 compliments while I was at the wedding reception as to how lovely and elegant my dress was. I say that the sashes just need to drape in front as they are. Others may disagree. At first I thought not tying them would look like I SHOULD, but they actually look sleek and stylish draping in the front. Gorgeous dress, true to size.
