I just received this bridesmaid dress for my best friend’s wedding and it fits exccellently. I am very happy with the quality and design, and it’s just beautiful. I made sure to take precise measurements before ordering it and the results are perfect. I’ve read a couple of reviews that say they have had issues with the chest running tight, but I think that is a matter of taking accurate measurements. The torso measurement (from the sternum to belly button) in particular can be confusing for those who aren’t familiar with sewing or tailoring, and this is where I think some might be having issues. Almost every woman knows what her bust and waist sizes are, but we usually don’t even think about our torso because all store-bought clothing is standardized to the average torso length. This is the most frustrating thing about ready-made clothing because that is one of the most variable measurements from person to person. Accurate bodily measurements, the torso in particular, will make or break any garment you order for special occasions, so it is important to learn how to measure yourself properly. This dress is an affordable example, but it will save you hundreds on refitting more expensive garments in the future if you learn how. Chose between 5 similar dresses and this one was the winner, TEAL color was perfect and vibrant for ourwedding. Read reviews which said it did run tight on top and we were out of time, so we ordered size 14 for mom because she is busty and 5"9. All the other dresses were way too long even on a tall lady and were cheap looking and the lace up back is NOT for us girls after 60, so this one had a sturdy zipper to squeeze her in. Flattering waist detail to snatch you and neckline could be adjusted as needed, but is a deep V. Arrived fast, no 2 week waits like the others which added s and H $$$. Rip off!     • Beautiful dress, runs small at bust area and a bit long

First, let me say this is dress was a beautiful color and material, and was well made. I thought it was a great value. I love the way the fabric flowed. However, I have tried on loads of dresses as I am maid of honor in a wedding in a few weeks. I've tried on about two dozen dresses in the same size in two weeks, so I feel confident stating this runs tight at the bust in comparison to other dresses the same size. I normally wear a size 8 and updated to a size 10 as formal dresses tend to run small, but I couldn't even get close to zipping up this dress once it was past the waist. I am short (5' 3'') and it was about six inches too long already, so I didn't want to size up to a 12 as I felt the dress wouldn't hang properly. I am about 155 lbs and a 38 C, so if you wear a smaller bra size, this will likely work for you. I wish it would have fit, as I otherwise really loved it. Worth noting - I tried on a couple of other dresses from this same company and they were all lovely - and I could zip them up, so it's just this particular dress is cut more like a traditional formal. ... show more

I purchased this dress for a wedding as a bridesmaid. When the dress arrived it appeared fine, I tried it on with no fit issues and wasn’t very satisfied with the quality but as a bridesmaid I didn’t have another option. The material is very flimsy and not soft to the touch. Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding and I decide to try it on again to make sure everything was good to go for the day of and the zipper falls apart. There would be no way to fix the zipper without removing stitching in the dress and I feared an alteration shop wouldn’t have the same color zipper to fix it or that fixing it would cost me more than this dress is worth. I panicked and ordered a second dress so it would come in time and reached out to their customer service to see if they could help facilitate a refund for one of the dresses as I had just purchased the second one from them and was essentially asking for an exchange. They told me no after seeing the photo of the damage (tag still on the dress!!) and said the best they could do was 30% because I purchased the original dress in December. I said I wanted to return the dress to them and they said to donate it…yes because someone else will want a dress with a broken zipper! Not at all satisfied with the customer service and honestly the price of this dress is still too high for the quality. If your dress breaks without being worn for more than 5 minutes you better hope it’s within their return policy or they won’t help you! ... show more

    • Be careful with sizing

I’ll start this off by saying I love this dress, the material is really comfortable and the design is pretty. That being said their sizing chart is not true to size at all. I measured and followed the sizing guide and the dress I got was way too big for me. I’m also super disappointed with the customer service, this product specifically says you can exchange and this is not true. You can only return this item so now I’m stuck waiting 1-2 weeks for my refund before I can buy a different size. Since I have to reorder a new dress I have to now pay shipping twice. Tried to call, chat, and email the company and never received any help. ... show more
