I just love this bag so much I ordered another one. It is so roomy inside. The wide shoulder straps do not plunge into my shoulders. The handbag is made very sturdy. I like outside pockets on handbags which is why I bought it. I put this hand bag on and go on about my business.

I want to start this by saying this would be a 5 star if I had bought this new, but I didn't. I bought mine gently used for a lower price, and there was one issue, I was completely missing the clip that held the strap together to the bag. not entirely sure how this passed a quality check, wasn't advertised to have any damages. but I digress. the bag itself is great, very thick canvas material, sturdy too. there's a little wear by the buttons on the front as well, but I think this adds character! I'm not even too mad about missing the clip, as a carabiner works great. the entire point of getting this bag was to customize it, and it works well! ery easy to sew on with a machine. it's a good price for a quality messenger bag, nice details, nice zipper, keeps everything you'd need without it feeling too clunky. and its BIG without it LOOKING big. the strap is super adjustable too. Like a lot of women I’m really picky about a purse. I look and I look but I have a hard time buying them. I like a big purse that I can also use as a shopping bag for small things, it needs to be sturdy, and, above all comfortable. This purse does all that. I sew and have made a few purses/totes but I kept putting off doing it. This purse is just what I would have liked to make at a good price - it’s bare bones but I’m cool with that since linings are the first things to tear and get ratty. The zipper broke because I had some stuff in it but it’s nice otherwise. Very roomy and spacious, I got grey but should’ve gotten black because gray only matches with so many outfits

I've used this for a few months now. Love it. I carry a laptop, charger, some papers, phone, keys, water bottle, and various other stuff with me in it and it holds it all well. A nice inside zipper pocket for keeping smaller stuff. I've washed and machine dried it and it didn't shrink.
