Being from Michigan I have worn my share of Wolverines. The company started in Michigan so many stores carried them. Sadly, these were made in India but they are very comfortable, durable, and the durashock system works better than any other work boot. They keep my feet warm, even in winter temperatures, so much that I have to loosen the top laces to let heat out! I picked these up at 1/2 price from guess who??? Amazon of course. These boots are the most comfortable I've ever owned. Fairly light weight for an 8 inch work boot. I've had mine for almost 3 years and no issues whatsoever. The fit is accurate, the water proofing is effective, the crafting is good, so why no 5th star? These are basically tall shoes. I do miss my old Timber Pros, but so don't lotsa other folks miss theirs.

He gets a new pair every 3-4 years, mostly because of the grease involved with his work, NOT because they are worn out. We DO put a set of insoles in them for added comfort because he stands all day.
