I am obsessed with this light! It's so simple, yet so pretty! It honestly took about 5 minutes to install. I was able to use the existing ceiling bracket, so all I had to do, was line up the holes, and fasten the screws to the plate. The next step was securing the shade to the base and adding the bulb. It looks SO MUCH BETTER than before! I love the the starburst pattern it displays on the ceiling. In fact, I love it so much. I ordered another one! Can't wait to have them both up in the kitchen! Love the simple boho design. It's really just twine wrapped around around a metal cage. Took my husband about 15 minutes to hang. I wanted to replace the 2 dated builder fixtures we have had for years in the very dark upstairs hallway. This fixture is fresh and fits with my transitional decor. My only complaint is that when lit up you really see the fuzziness of the twine which kind of looks like cobwebs. On the bright side if you get actual cobwebs you night not notice them right away. 🤷♀️ In any case I liked the first one enough that I will replace the other ceiling light also. I bought this light as a replacement in my kid's room, because their ceiling fan gets in the way of their bunk beds. This fixture was easy to install and looks great! It looks handcrafted and it's very sturdy, yet chic! I don't know if I like it more or they do!!
