I wanted pillow covers that were good for transitioning from spring to summer and while corduroy is usually associated with Fall, the cream color and linear look is neutral enough for any season. These covers are soft to the touch but very durable. They are thick with good stitching. The zipper is covered with a flap to provide a seamless look. There is a comfortable casual quality about them but they don’t look like typical big box store pillow covers. The dimensions indicated are 20x20 inches however they are larger than my other 20x20 covers. There was a flattening at the corners because the pillow inserts didn’t go all the way to the ends. The fabric is really soft and the 'cord' of the corduroy is just enough to add texture. The pattern is not quite as prominent as the photo indicated but I'm really happy with these. Got these two pillow covers to replace a fur set from over a decade ago that are worn out. I really liked the ease of being able to wash these, though I do wish the zipper was tight along the seam edge and not dead center of the pillow case back. The fabric washed well, though I did air dry for safety and it stayed as soft as before with next to no piling. I was satisfied with the sellers asking price as similar cases at local stores were about 30% higher in cost and for these I dont have to leave the house or deal with long lines at check out. ... show more
