Product image looks like its metalic paint but it is not. The yellow color is like dewalt yellow. Fits my galaxy earbuds FE very well. Latch is almost important to open one handed. I do like the overall color and material. However it does not look very stratch resistant to hard objects.

Initially ordered Oct 2nd, 2023. From the reviews, I didn't expect much. Sleek, good color, simple to fit to the outside of the Buds 2 case with the included adhesive which has been extremely secure, and the closure does indeed "work". Earlier today, though, I had my first genuine failure of the locking mechanism. The case popped open from jostling while I was running and my earbuds ended up getting run over by a car. Not sure I want to put them in my ears now that the plastic is thoroughly flaky, but the buds are intact and still functional. Galaxy buds: 1, this protective case: 0. Not disappointed. ... show more

I'm giving the case 5 stars even though it has flaws because it's an incredible value. It fits the factory case very well but uses small sticky pads to keep it in place. As others have written the adhesive doesn't hold well. I took a small piece of tap in a loop and stuck it to the top of the factory case and it's held perfectly for 6 months and counting. It looks great. I'm rough on my buds case and this took most of the beating but the locking tab broke off. The case still snaps shut but just doesn't look. I'm okay but it was a high fall that broke it. Better aftermarket case take the damage than the buds case. I will definitely buy another when the time comes. ... show more
