This part had to be retrofitted to work on my 1998 2.5l regular cab. The part identifier said it would fit but it was too long. I would have returned it but I had already thrown out the packaging. After some fab work it fits my truck

    • Terrible product
I have a 2002 Ford ranger wheelbase 126. Nothing lined up hangers on the muffler on the wrong side. I had to cut them off and re-weld them on the whole side. Flange on the first pipe was clocked wrong had to move it, and re-weld it, somebody should change the years on this product

    • DOES NOT FIT 98 RANGER EXTENDED CAB 126" WHEELBASE
it says 126" wheelbase but it was a foot and a half to short luckily i was able to get another section of pipe and use to compensate for the shortage

    • Absolutely does not fit!
Pipes are bent incorrectly especially the front pipe. does not line up with the converter and has an exhaust leak. Mounts are not welded in the correct spot on the muffler. Spend a little more money and get something hopefully better than this piece of excrement. Only reason nit got one star is I had to put something for this ... show more

    • Check Wheel Base Size Not for 118”
I did not check my wheel base it’s 118 inches… A little cutting and welding I made it fit. I did not see the notes regarding wheelbase size.
