I absolutely love the mouse. The jiggler function is awesome and works great. I love the light up features of the keyboard and lots of color choices. Posting a few here...as you can see very vibrant. I prefer a tactical keyboard though vs linear. I wrote to customer service and had a response withing a few hours. Actually as we went back and forth 3 times and everything was done. I would totally recommend this keyboard and mouse as long as you're good with the linear touch. ... show more

UPDATE- I had originally given this company a 1 star review for a faulty keyboard. After posting this review I was contacted by the company within a week and they sent me a replacement keyboard. I've had this keyboard for a month and so far no issues. The company provided me a replacement keyboard because they stand behind their product, no requests or promises were made. update to 4 star INITIAL REVIEW I bought this keyboard and mouse to have in mid February, from the beginning the battery life on the keyboard seem a little weak. I charged the keyboard overnight and the the battery would last only a couple days. Exactly a month after I purchased the keyboard and mouse the keyboard stopped holding charge at all and now the keyboard and it has to be connected permanently. The worst thing is that I contacted customer support for assistance and it has been total silence. I have purchased other products thru amazon and if they become defective, I was able to contact the seller and they would do right by their product. NOT THIS COMPANY... ... show more

I like that the keyboard came in okay, priced somewhat reasonably, everything worked upon setup, good range on the bluetooth, and the changing color backlight is cool. That said, several times a day I have to go back and edit messages where I did not before due to missing characters or spaces because the keyboard simply did not register the input. This kills productivity for me and is kinda lame. The battery life is also pretty short on this. Two work days with a low level backlight and its done. The charging cord is also very short so thats not convenient for use while charging. Overall I think I will keep this as a backup keyboard but I will definitely have to find another option. I'm not a gamer but I could imagine my gamer friends would not recommend this. ... show more

Update: The seller sent a replacement immediately after posting my initial review. The replacement doesn't have the issues I had with the first one and it's working great. The keyboard is great, I bought this to replace my old keyboard with are rest and this one does the job. Lights are cool. I faced a few issues with the mouse. When I start using the mouse after returning to my desk, the mouse won't respond if I just move it around, I gave to use the scroll wheel to bring it back to life. I also had issues with the auto move feature that's supposed to keep the screen from locking, I wanted to turn that off, followed the instructions but it did not stop immediately, have to power off and turn on the mouse to work. I find these issues annoying and waste of time while working. ... show more

UPDATE: I wanted to update this review after a recent contact from this company. I still stand by my original review as far as the charging capability of this keyboard is concerned, but if you don't mind keeping the keyboard plugged in, it would work for you. I did like the look, feel and function of the keyboard, I just needed it to be wireless for extended periods of time. Customer service for this company is EXCELLENT. Ann, from this company, saw my review and offered my another keyboard (which I had already replaced) or a full refund for the item. You certainly don't see that very often anymore and it was much appreciated. Certainly, not everyone purchasing this keyboard/mouse combo had this problem, so please don't hesitate to try this combo, because I believe my experience was more of a flook and wouldn't hesitate to rely on this company to make it right. Thank you again for all your help! (I updated this original review from 1 star to 4 after company contact). I needed a new keyboard and I have poor vision so was looking for some help when I use the computer. This enlarged, backlit keyboard and mouse seemed to fit the bill. Set up was easy, everything felt and worked well, followed the limited instructions to a tee. The keyboard won't stay charged for more than a 12-16 hour use and that is with turning the keyboard to the "off" position when I am going to be away for any length of time. I have NEVER seen the "green flashing light" that is supposed to occur when it is running low...it has just stopped working in the middle of using it and had to be plugged in to continue. THEN, the red light is supposed to be on when it is charging, which it is, but in my case, the red light never goes out. So not only do I not know WHEN it is fully charged, the light continues to be lit a full day+, after plugging it in. Mouse works great and I have YET to need to recharge it. Go figure. ... show more
