The sleek design of the mouse and keyboard is great. It gives plenty of room on my desk for other things. However, this product has stopped working in less than a year of purchase (I purchased in Feb 2023). I tried replacing multiple batteries and it still no longer works. I really like this keyboard and mouse set because of how it looks and how affordable it was to buy. I have no issues with the mouse and give that part five stars. The reason why I am giving four stars to this is because the keyboard buttons are a a bit different than what I'm used to and because the keyboard is kind of glitchy,. The buttons are in between the old style keyboards that have tall keys and the newer ones that are flatter and easier to press,. This makes typing on it a little bit uncomfortable and harder to get used to. I think I will eventually get used to it though. The main issue that I have noticed is that it often injects extra com,mas into my text. I will leave them in the review as demonstration,. It doesn't always add commas, but it seems like it often does when I click the m, , ,,(comma) or .(period) keys. Not sure why this is happening, but its more of an annoyance than a real issue. I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon. I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so! Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot. UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't work UPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now! ... show more

I bought this combo back in Nov 2022 because I started to work from home. The keyboard works great. No issues with that, however; the mouse lags at times and gets "stuck". I've been just dealing with it all this time but now the right click on the mouse just stopped working. I have changed out the batteries and made sure it was updated as well. I inserted another USB to another mouse I had and it works fine. I guess the mouse that came with this set is slowly "dying" I would recommend the keyboard but NOT the mouse. ... show more

I love the full but compact keyboard. I need the 10-key numbers for work, but I need it to fit in the bag I take to work. It's perfect. The mouse is perfectly comfortable for me. Some reviews mention weird glitches and wrong letters appearing. Replace the batteries. The keyboard does surprisingly weird stuff on low batteries, but it goes away with fresh ones. The durability isn't great. I work in a car with a laptop stand, much like a police car. I carry the keyboard and mouse in a small duffel bag called a 'patrol bag.' If you're rough with it, the battery doors fall off, and it's easy to lose keys. I lost two keys up in the corner, but they still work when you press them, and anyway, they were weird function keys I didn't use. You can't push the keys back on after they break off, it doesn't work that way. Don't throw it around or slide the key side against things. ... show more
