The mouse fits in my hand perfectly and functions well with silent clicks. The keyboard while beautiful I don't expect it to last too long. I feel as thought I'm gonna break the center of it resting my hands on it. The keys are very "clicky". Rather noisy. Overall everything works very well and came ready to plug and play straight out of the box without charging. It only comes with one charging cord. So, you can only charge one item at a time. Edit: after writing my original review, I was sent a new keyboard and mouse. After trying the keyboard out, I changed my review. The new one works so much better and as it should. No missed letters and even feels better. I like the way the keys sound too, almost like ASMR. I am so happy with the customer service and the keyboard. What a nice company for willing to make it right so fast! I highly recommend now. I wanted to like this keyboard a lot. The colors are nice and it's mostly comfortable. I work at my computer all day and it's important to be able to be comfy and have products that work. The keyboard mostly works nice, but if you type too fast, it misses a lot of letters. I find I am going back and fixing words way more now because it's not registering some of the keys that are used. It gets frustrating. ... show more

Overall, I like the keyboard. I’ve only had it for several days so if anything changes in a month like certain people have said, I’ll update this. Keys are pretty quiet and I like the color availability and is very simple to modify the colors, including brightness. The rest rest is comfortable and has not caused any fatigue in my hands.The mouse jiggler worked great, Once I figured out you have to leave the mouse and keyboard alone in order to jiggle. The reason I gave it a four star is that although it has a phone slot, it’s basically built for a phone without a case on it. I use a defender case so it’s way too big for the slot. But at least I could prop the phone against a back up so it’s not a total loss. The other thing I don’t like about it is I’m used to my keyboard being more elevated in the back, and the two retractable legs barely raise it to a decent angle so it’s practically flat, but that may not bother others. I do like that the mouse has an option to have the light on or off. Also like that there’s a USB A to USB C adapter that I will probably use for something else. I like that the keyboard came in okay, priced somewhat reasonably, everything worked upon setup, good range on the bluetooth, and the changing color backlight is cool. That said, several times a day I have to go back and edit messages where I did not before due to missing characters or spaces because the keyboard simply did not register the input. This kills productivity for me and is kinda lame. The battery life is also pretty short on this. Two work days with a low level backlight and its done. The charging cord is also very short so thats not convenient for use while charging. Overall I think I will keep this as a backup keyboard but I will definitely have to find another option. I'm not a gamer but I could imagine my gamer friends would not recommend this. ... show more

This is a great keyboard & mouse! Backlit colors are really helpful in low light and colors are pleasing. My tired eyes appreciate the large letters. Also, the mouse has a working switch where you can actually turn off the annoying jittering (stops cursor from jumping all around the screen). Built-in battery could last a little longer and had to replace the USB charging cord as the included converter kept falling out of the keyboard charging port. Also, follows the curious Chinese custom of not actually putting the SABLUTE name on anything. Minor inconveniences all, and I heartily recommend this keyboard-mouse combination! ... show more

UPDATE: I wanted to update this review after a recent contact from this company. I still stand by my original review as far as the charging capability of this keyboard is concerned, but if you don't mind keeping the keyboard plugged in, it would work for you. I did like the look, feel and function of the keyboard, I just needed it to be wireless for extended periods of time. Customer service for this company is EXCELLENT. Ann, from this company, saw my review and offered my another keyboard (which I had already replaced) or a full refund for the item. You certainly don't see that very often anymore and it was much appreciated. Certainly, not everyone purchasing this keyboard/mouse combo had this problem, so please don't hesitate to try this combo, because I believe my experience was more of a flook and wouldn't hesitate to rely on this company to make it right. Thank you again for all your help! (I updated this original review from 1 star to 4 after company contact). I needed a new keyboard and I have poor vision so was looking for some help when I use the computer. This enlarged, backlit keyboard and mouse seemed to fit the bill. Set up was easy, everything felt and worked well, followed the limited instructions to a tee. The keyboard won't stay charged for more than a 12-16 hour use and that is with turning the keyboard to the "off" position when I am going to be away for any length of time. I have NEVER seen the "green flashing light" that is supposed to occur when it is running low...it has just stopped working in the middle of using it and had to be plugged in to continue. THEN, the red light is supposed to be on when it is charging, which it is, but in my case, the red light never goes out. So not only do I not know WHEN it is fully charged, the light continues to be lit a full day+, after plugging it in. Mouse works great and I have YET to need to recharge it. Go figure. ... show more
