    • Solid keyboard, lighting could be better.
I bought this keyboard for the purposes of PC gaming, and I'm pretty happy with my choice. It's my first mechanical keyboard, and I love it. It's very smooth, solid, and has that delightful clickity-clack you'd expect from a mechanical keyboard. The battery life has been great, but it also comes with a fairly long USB C charging cable. The package also has a wireless mouse, while not as substantial as the keyboard, it gets the job done. I do wish the mouse was rechargeable like the keyboard, but at least it's a single AA battery. The RGB features aren't the greatest. They're not very bright, as others have mentioned, and there isn't a whole lot of customization/configuration options right out of the box (I think it'd be cool to have the options of single color or multi color) so I just keep the backlight off. I did have some issues initially with an unresponsive key, and support was fantastic and sent a replacement in less than 48 hours (if you need support with this item, contact the manufacturer NOT Amazon support). Honestly the first keyboard was still fantastic despite that 1 unresponsive key. The replacement works great, Support has been super responsive and eager to fix the issues, and for the cost I feel I got more than I paid for (Product + experience). 10/10, would recommend this keyboard. ... show more

okay I was surprised by the quality of the keyboard, it feels great and sounds great to me. it's loud and it works! the only thing I didn't like was the mouse, it just feels like a cheap old plastic thing compared to this magnificent keyboard! hence why I drop a star. The keyboard is wireless via bluetooth connection and charged with USBC but the mouse has a dongle and a receiver?!! so odd. the keyboard was responsive, the light on the keyboard was okay not bright but works for me. overall, I am satisfied. ... show more

EDIT: bumping up to 5 stars now because they reached out to send me a replacement set due to the missing mouse. I also really enjoy the keyboard thus far and have had no issues with connectivity or anything of the sort. Working great for me in my nursing program. I have only gotten it out of the box and connected it briefly, so far works as expected. The brightness of the colors isn’t an issue for me at all because I could care less about the colors anyway. The feel and sound of the keys is great, hoping it stays that way. One thing, my package came without the mouse. The other reviews say that it’s not great, but one of the reasons I bought this specifically was due to it being a package deal. If the mouse was included I’d give it at least 4 stars. ... show more

    • THE MOUSE DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH
So, the keyboard is pretty good so far. Can't really speak for the battery life, but it was pretty easy to connect after I realized that you only have to hold Fn + Q OR Fn + W OR Fn + E (not all 3 at the same time). But now the set is functionally useless to me because the mouse can ONLY connect via the 2.4G dongle. I needed a bluetooth set because I have too many peripherals on my work computer and don't have room for an additional dongle. ... show more

I purchased this mechanical key switch keyboard because I am looking for a better typing experience. I have been using a similar wired keyboard earlier, but I now need one with wireless connection to meet my workspace adjustments. I am also looking for a keyboard with a separate numeric keypad but not too bulky. This Taiahiro keyboard fits the bill. I also want a keyboard with back lit keys. I was not looking for a wireless mouse, but I am glad that it comes with one. I have been using the wireless mouse that comes with the keyboard, and it has been working great thus far. I also like the ability of this keyboard to connect in three different ways: Bluetooth, wired, 2.4 G connections. This provides me many possibilities to use this keyboard that I have not considered before. When the keyboard arrived, I was able to connect through 2.4 G and USB C cable, but I was unable to connect it through Bluetooth. I contact the tech support of the company, and they responded promptly and helped me to diagnose the problem. After deciding that the keyboard might be defective, they immediately sent me a replacement, which I received a few days later. I am very please with the product, and I particularly like the feel of the key touch. Together with the prompt service and support, I would rate this product 5 stars. ... show more

This is for the computer I use at home while sitting in my easy chair. The wireless mechanical keyboard is backlit LED and works very well. The on/off switch on the left side close to the cable connector for recharging looks like another connector port. It took some head scratching to figure out that it was the on/off switch. The mouse works well with the provided mouse pad (on the armrest of my easy chair). I can highly recommended these. ... show more

The first keyboard I got the wireless/Bluetooth function did not work. After getting with Amazon the seller sent a new keyboard and this one is great. Has a great mechanical sound when typing and the brightness was good. The mouse is ok pairs easily.

I received this combo 30 min ago. the clicking sound is quite satisfying so If you like clicky, sturdy feeling keyboards this is for you. It's feels like quality, it's heavy and doesn't move like some plastic ones ive used. Turns out the item was defective and I returned it. After the return, the company reached out and made it right. Their goal to achieve high standards in customer service over profits is something I can stand by.
