They're soft to fit in your ear giving you two options of dome sizes so you get the correct fit. The sound is clear even at higher volumes I need. Not like the hard ones Apple sells. Apple earbuds cause sores in my ear and the volume is not enough for me. Their customer service is top notch. I had an issues with bud and they delt with it right away. I think this is an updated review, i got this april 2024 and its now october, i have tried so many bluetooth earphones and this is my number one, my old number one completely downgraded their model so i went looking for a new one when i found this. Now im very clumsy so i drop my earphones, phones, ipad, anything of mine and only now has the top of the earphone case popped off, the earphones are still working and are fine, the battery is still amazing (full charge lasts me like 5 days) and audio is still good. Ill be getting this again if i really need to but i can still pop the top on and everything else is fine so theres no need atm. Anyways i really recommend this because its pretty durable considering how many times i dropped it in my driveway or outside loll. ... show more

I liked the product from the start! The ear bud design was just what I needed for my workout. They were easy to use and I loved the design of them! They had great sound quality and were a great value for the money! I was very disappointed when the case would not let me charge the ear buds anymore. But as soon as I contacted the company, they got right back to me and replaced the entire product, not just the case! And the best part is that it was a year since I had bought them!! These earbuds are comfortable and they stay in my ears when I need them to stay! If I accidentally drop them, they’re easy to find/retrieve as they are larger with the 1/2 hook that goes around the back of my ear (iPhone earbuds have no hook parts that secure it better to my ear). I’ve been through two sets of iPod earbuds which is ridiculously expensive, uncomfortable and they slip out when I am jogging long distances every day. One of my iPhone earbuds got run over by a car. And The other one fell out, I couldn’t find it in cracks/ crevice's. Also, the price point for these ear pieces is way better than my iPhone earbuds!!! And sound quality is just as good.
