Wow! Just wow - I’ve only had these for less than a week and I absolutely LOVE them. The sound quality/bass in these are just as good or better than some other much more expensive buds I’ve purchased in the past. The over the ear piece - I never knew I needed those things but I actually have changed my opinion just based on these. They are surprisingly comfortable and I love that these have the silicone bud. I cannot do the air pod style it doesn’t stay or sit in my ears comfortably or in place and the #1 reason I don’t own air pods. My 17 year old told me these look like hearing aids (teenagers ugh) and coming from a kid who has lost more than 1 air pod. They are hearing aids - I enjoy listening to my music with these “hearing aids” lol. They feel secure with the band - I was afraid the band would dig into the back of my ear and hurt. Not these. Honestly I don’t even notice them but I know I won’t accidentally drop one in a toilet.... The only real thing that I think needs improvement is that the directions need to be a bit more detailed and in a larger font. Anyways I’ll check in a bit later for longevity but dang I love these things. ... show more

Sweet. They sound good and don’t hurt my ears. I have the JBL true wireless but they hurt my ears or won’t stay on because they are so big. I love that these have the wrap around the ear part they are comfortable and stay put. Music sounds good also calls are easy to answer and sound great too.

I have to say, when I first opened the box I was impressed with the packaging. The earbuds were in their box, everything was nicely placed and easy to find. There is an instruction book that is reasonably easy to follow, a warranty card with a link to a website to activate the warranty and, if activated within 7-days, get an Amazon gift card. Well, the website couldn’t find my order number. Ok…no big deal, there’s an email address to contact if there’s any problem, so I sent my info by email. The earbuds are very nicely packaged, and are very comfortable. I haven’t worn them for longer than 30 min yet, but there is no discomfort of any kind except for one little problem. Well, ok, big problem… The sound quality is terrible!! And by terrible, I mean my first transistor radio (1964) put out better sound quality than these $50 earbuds! This is 2021, and this is the best you can do for sound?!? My cat howling sounds better. So for this epic fail the best I can give these earbuds is two stars. UPDATE JULY 9, 2021 I have communicated back and forth with the seller over the past several days, and they are very anxious to make things right. After giving them specific details as to why I was not satisfied, they offered me a full refund, which I accepted and they very promptly delivered. Their customer service, at least in my case, has been exceptional. The ear buds work very well for listening to speech, so they would probably be quite nice for podcasts, audiobooks, and such. ... show more

I bought these to replace another private label brand that is no longer shipping (TBIPro), and I expected the same with different branding, but I was disappointed, especially considering these cost more than the previous version. The one "upgrade" that I did appreciate was that the charging case usesd USB-C rather than the old Micro-USB cable. But the improvements ended there. The instructional voice is difficult to hear as it is so soft, but if that was the only problem, I could live with it. I have used these an average or 2 x a week for 3 months, and the right one is shot. Dead. doesn't work, and the left one is finicky as to when it will work or charge, as is the light indicator that shows that the headphones are charging or how much power the case has left. Stay away. Far away. Private labeled junk is still junk. ... show more

    • Charging system is flawed

Update on my prior review. The charging system is fatally flawed. In my prior review I mentioned problems charging one of the earbuds. The other now has similar problems, but worse - it will not charge at all unless I hold it in the case. Therefore, when the current charge expires, these are trash. There is no other way to charge the earbuds. I enjoyed them while they lasted - which was 2 months. Now I have to throw them away. Overall I'm happy with these headphones. Good, clear sound, good battery life and great for running - they stay on and are comfortable to wear. However, the bluetooth range is very limited. I have my phone in an armband high on my arm and still get dropouts occasionally. If I try and put it in a pocket, I get major dropouts. Also, after just a few weeks of use, I'm finding one headphone doesn't charge properly in the case. They are loose fitting in the case and the contacts don't quite match. I find that by sticking a folded piece of paper into the side of the headphone while it sits in the case, I can make it work - but it's not the quality or ease of use that I would want. ... show more
