***UPDATE***Wow, customer service responded within a hour! They are sending a new gold flush and sent instructions on how to adjust the flush mechanism. The toilet now flushes perfectly! Super impressed with the communication and now the toilet is perfect. First of all, it did not come with a gold flush button as advertised. My entire bathroom has gold medal so I’m kind of bummed about that. The flush buttons on the tank lid when pressed don’t do a full flush, either button. When I remove the tank lid and manually push down the flush mechanism, then I get a full flush. It’s almost as if the two rods connecting the tank lid that are supposed to depress the flushing mechanism aren’t long enough, and don’t properly push down in order to flush. I will update once I hear back from the manufacturer. ... show more

This toilet is great for small spaces. I was remodeling a home and, due to the layout, I wanted compact toilets to allow more clearance in the front. I found these toilets and ordered two of them on Amazon. I installed them both and one had a small leak due to a manufacturing defect. I was worried, but customer service was very responsive and after sending them a few photos of the defect they shipped another toilet for free. Installation is a bit of a pain due to the design of the toilet concealing the bolts so plan to have a helping hand. Once installed the function as well as any other modern low-flow toilet and I've had not issue getting them to flush large loads. They've been in service since June 2023. So the seat is not standard round and that is the only thing about it I don't love. It's a weird shaped seat, not as comfortable as a standard seat. Only had it a couple weeks, so far it's working well, looks really great. If my bathroom was larger I would get a larger one but this works well for my bathroom, which is very small. I won't ever buy a two piece toilet again because I love the one piece much more sleek streamlined easier to keep clean. ... show more

My house was built in 1967 when private spaces were very small. The master bath is just 4' wide! It cannot be easily enlarged without adding onto the exterior of the house, so we're stuck with it. So when I found this toilet I was very engaged. I'd been planning to install a wall mounted toilet since they give more room as well, however the arrangement of vent pipes in the wall prevent that solution. I received the WinZo a week earlier than expected, a pleasant surprise. It installed easily although access to the bolts for the toilet flange is tight. I have small hands as was able to get my hand through the hole to spin the nuts on. Any competent plumber, or like me an accomplished DIYer can install this toilet. Be aware however, it is heavier than most others due to the skirting. The operation of the toilet is pretty good. Definitely a Chinese design, it uses far less water than my old toilet, a Kohler from the early 2000s. That surprised me, and does make me wonder about the flushing effectiveness. I have had one minor backup so far, but the reason remains to be clear (it's an old house and the drain is shared with the second bath, so finding fault just yet is premature). More water is better to get a clear drain, but in areas with water shortages this toilet is great. I have even successfully flushed #2 deposits using the #1 valve. The water action is powerful to be sure, even more than the American Standard I have in another house that flushes around the bowl not down the bowl (a new trend). The flushing water does miss one spot directly above the drain opening, so if matter hits that spot a brush is needed, no amount of flushing will get it. A minor issue IMO. The tank refills quite quickly, in my house it's 9 seconds to refill from a partial (#1) flush, and only 14 seconds for a full flush. That's fast but indicates just how little water is being sent down the drain. The design is very modern and the toilet is quite sturdy. The seat lid comes off easily for cleaning, better than any other seat I've installed in fact. The valve buttons are very lightweight and don't stay perfectly aligned, but a quick wipe across the top fixes it (I have a compulsion for alignment of things I suspect). :-) Overall I'm quite happy. It's saved 5 inches in depth from the old round shaped toilet, so now the shower door can open further. In fact the shower pivots several inches away from the door opening to get a good angle when open with normal toilets, so when I remodel the shower I will put a normal door and get even more room (there's just 24" or so now). ... show more

I needed a toilet to replace a 50yo, 7-gallon toilet in a very cramped half bath. This saves about 3-4 inches of space, which isn't a lot but really matters in this tiny space. The result looks very good. However, my plumber hated the installation. The one-piece design may be good for cleaning, but means the plumber has to lift the entire 95 pounds to set the toilet on the flange. The skirted design means there's no good place to hold it to lift. Oh, it's easy to lift if you are installing it in the middle of the floor and can hold it on the back, but who installs a toilet that way? And again the one-piece design makes it harder because it must be lifted near the rear for balance. Then there's visibility. My plumber says that some skirted toilets are configured so that you can see the bolt holes while lowering them onto the flange bolts. This one is not. He made pencil marks on both the floor and the toilet to line them up, but was not happy that the toilet design made it so difficult. The people designing the toilet should think more about the installation process. The installation cost me at least an extra half hour of plumber's time due to these issues. There's also a flaw in the porcelain surface of the rim. (See photo. The red tape is to help the camera focus.) It's not highly noticeable except in certain lighting, and won't affect cleaning. I did not deduct for this, but I've never seen such a flaw on a toilet rim before. ... show more

Feels sturdy and does not feel any less comfortable than any standard size round toilet, despite being quite a bit more compact. Does not look there is much difference between the two dual flushes, but I guess there is some. It's not an especially powerful flush but that's not specific to this toilet, as I have yet to see a contemporary toilet with a powerful flush (and it's definitely a more powerful flush than the one of the toilet that this replaced, which was incredibly weak). ... show more
