This looks and feels like a high quality bed frame, I’m impressed. Every piece of hardware you could possibly lose, the kit came with extras. It took a while to assemble just because there’s a lot to it, which is why it’s so solid, but the instructions were clear.

Absolutely love this bed. I just wish our ceiling fan would be in a weird location so we could actually put up the canopy part. But I t still looks great without it. Instructions were all pictures but very easy to read. Love the top board/shelf with the (2 different size) USB plug in option on both sides off the bed. You most definitely need a, at least, 10 inch thick mattress (ours is 12 inches). Plenty of storage area underneath the entire bed too. ... show more

I've always wanted a canopy bed. I remember watching shows where the characters were living in castles and every room seemed to have one of these canopy beds. While the beds in these castles seemed to be larger than life, alas, I have limited space to work with. I was quite overjoyed when I saw it this canopy bed. Finally, my grandiose fairy tale imagination can become somewhat of a reality. I found this bed frame easy to assemble, although, it would probably have been easier with an extra set of hands. I would recommend getting some assistance for setup but it is possible to do on your own. I definitely find the USB ports extremely useful. Not only do they help supply power to my phone charger but also a reading light. I enjoy reading a few paragraphs out of a good book before bed which I can now do without bothering anyone with lights being on at night. That's the benefit of having a bed with curtains. This bed frame is rather simplistic in style which I personally prefer. I don't think I've ever had a bed that had a headboard before so this is a nice addition and makes me feel like an actual adult even though it's still manages to fulfill some childhood dreams. I am extremely happy with this bedroom and have been showing it off to all the visitors that have come over since I've put it up. I think I find it more exciting than they do, but what do I care I'm as happy as a lark. ... show more

For a budget bed frame, this was surprisingly well engineered. Everything went together extremely easily. All but 2 bolts were able to be 100% hand tightened until final tightening at the end. Instructions were fairly clear, and all the hardware was extremely easy to get out of the cardboard/plastic container. They all puncture very easily through the cardboard. Extra hardware was included, but I didn't need any of it. Build quality is really good as well. This is on the budget side, but even then, I didn't see any bulging welds or twisted slats/rails/etc. All the bolt holes lined up exactly correct. Sure, there were some things I would change if I were engineering it, but again, this was a budget frame. It looks pretty good as well. Minor issue of a few scratches on the powder coating, but my biggest issue I had with the entire frame; It was protected by soooo much styrofoam. At least it wasn't the overly stick to everything in micro-size pellet type styrofoam. Overall, I would definitely recommend this bed frame. ... show more
