Take good care not to add to much water, this stuff will get SOGGY! It was a lot more than I expected to get and its great, keeps humidity well and is awesome for my ball python. Filled his enclosure nicely with a little extra. I made the mistake of adding too much water and had to dry it out a little. Needed some bedding that wouldn't stick to my Colombian red tail boa when she missed or accidentally hit the bedding and it stuck to her mouth this eliminated it! It's very easy to clean, no smell or weird dust from it. She likes laying on the left side more where this bedding is so I might get some more here soon to make the entire tank have it. This brick is HIGHLY COMPRESSED when it arrives. There was SO MUCH more Coconut Husks in here than I had ever imagined. This will more than likely, last us about 1 year. We use this as a partial substrate in our Eastern Box Turtles Outdoor Terrarium. She loves to burrow & dig in these chips. It's great for holding in moisture as well. Which prevents everything from becoming too dry too quickly. We will probably continue to use this product for quite a while, so long as the price stays the same. I would recommend it.
