    • Mounting hardware wasn't included but I didn't realize it until it was too late to return
The first one I ordered had a broken finial because the box was damaged during shipping and the styrofoam protective cover broke. I was able to easily return it and get a replacement. Unfortunately, I just opened the new one (after leaving it in the box for months) and realized that none of the mounting hardware is included. Now I have only the 3 sections of rod and two finials with no way to mount them. It's such a shame because the curtain rod actually feels like it would've been quite sturdy, had it come with the mounting hardware that was supposed to have been included. I'm so frustrated because I've missed the return window and now I'm stuck with a curtain rod I can't use. ... show more

We bought about 15 of these to install in our new house. We had to send a few back because the shipping boxes are pretty flimsy and the end pieces would get snapped off. Fairly strong poles for the money.

I ordered several of these rods for all the rooms in my house. They look great...BUT the con is that 2 of the end pieces were damaged upon arrival. One completely broken, the other chipped.
