Our windows hadn't been cleaned for several months and were grimy. This product is very easy to use -- just rinse with the hose outdoors. It removed most of the dirt and left minimal streaks. These pads are a game-changer. We consistently use these on all our windows and they work great. Rinse out and use again and again. They hold up well and do not fall apart. Easy for one person to clean all the windows. Keeps from having to hire it out.

These windex window washing pads are the greatest. I have purchased several kits for family and friends. I just bought several pads to stock up after learning that Johnson and Johnson is no longer producing the kit the pads come in. I looked on Amazon to purchase another kit for a friend. I paid $14.50 for the last purchase. They now listed only 5 from 3rd party sellers. $84.50 to $124.50. Crazy I’m surprised Amazon would allow such a rip off ... show more

I read the reviews concerning how hard the pole is to put together, and they were correct! I had my husband hold one end with both hands while I used one of those flexible pads that open tightly fitting lids on the other end, turning until the pole connected. I coaxed, swore, and fought like a cat to get that darn pole together. I hosed our big patio door off and started wiping down the windows. I found with such a big area that the use of a towel to wipe the excess water off first, does the trick. The window are so clean and streak free that I can hardly believe it! So Windex, why can't you make a pole that is worthy of this window clearer? You could have the perfect product. Listen to us customers! ... show more
