The hardware seemed well packed but there were minor blemishes on the finish out of the box. I had already disposed of my old set so I went ahead and kept it. Pretty good just know the hand towel and tp are not reversible unless bolts show on top. Not super sturdy a little movement but good enough to support heavy towels. Just not firm rigid kinda soft.

It’s a nice set but I didn’t open one of my boxes in time. One set I purchased was fine so I assumed the second set would be as well. I assumed wrong.
