I set this up by myself in about 2hours, just taking my time being mindful not to strip the screws. The desk area is wide and a sturdy work space with my two monitors, mouse / keyboard. It's also a quieter motor sound when lifting than the one my old office had us using. Drawbacks: There are no spare screws with this desk. The amount you get is all and you don't want to lose them. One of the screws came stripped when I was putting in the headphones hook under the desk and luckily I don't need the second hook it comes with because I had no spare screws to attach it with. Also, the attached basket / bin doesn't sit straight or stay vertical when you attach it and put things in it. How it hangs looks silly, but it doesn't obstruct the function of the standing desk. ... show more

Being the 1st time using one i wasn't wanting to spend multi hundreds on a adjustable desk. After watching/reading alot of reviews I came across this desk with a solid top (no seam in middle) and took the risk (low reviews at time of purchase) and bought it. It arrived with NO damage and on time! I didn't find any issues with anything not lining up like what others have had with theirs and it went together (taking my time) in less than 20min. It feels mostly solid with a very slight sway (i expected that). It does have a slight low hum from the motor but not overwhelming and has a slow movment speed when raising/lowering but that makes it easier if your trying to level up to another surface close by. It doesn't have anything for any kind of cable management but that can be bought elsewhere. I feel its a great sanding desk and even better choice compared to the more expensive ones for those who are just thinking of getting into them. I'd buy it again ... show more

Overall I’m pretty pleased with this desk. It is a little bit loud and slow when adjusting, but that’s the only complaint I have. I usually only adjust once or twice a day so I can live with it being a little noisy and slow for the price of it. The packaging wasn’t great, and the desk did arrive damaged but thankfully it’s at the back so it isn’t noticeable. It looked like one of the corner protectors wasn’t put on properly. UPDATED REVIEW: The seller reached out to me and worked to make things right by offering a full refund. I'm really impressed by their willingness to stand behind their product/company and am impressed by how quickly they responded. I hope Win Up Time continues to sell decent products and treat their customers well. Additional product info: The desk is a single piece top, rises smoothly with no shaking while raising the desk (I have a large TV monitor on a standing base on a monitor riser shelf...it's NOT mounted by the rear of the monitor). The sound from the desk motor is noticeably audible, but tolerable (it's about the same as the industrial size standing desks that we have at my place of employment). Overall, if needed, I would purchase from this company again. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW: The instructions are printed with errors which made me think I was missing screws, but I eventually figured out what it was supposed to say. My original desk was damaged. At the time when I purchased mine, it was still being advertised as coming with a storage bag on the side which I never got. I emailed the seller who told me I could get a few dollars off for the damage and the lack of bag (as it was no longer being sold with the bag even though it was still in the item description then...it has since been changed in the item description). I said I wanted to have a desk that wasn't damaged as I didn't want the splitting desk to worsen over time. I was told I could return it since it was damaged. The a day or 2 later, the seller asked if I would keep the desk for full refund but the replacement had already shipped from Amazon so I still ended up paying full price without the bag that was advertised as part of what I was paying for. Items like it sell for $20-30 on Amazon. The replacement desk is fine, not damaged, the motor is not that quiet, but it it works fine. I'm just a little annoyed that I paid for the storage bag and never got that or a refund for the cost of the storage bag as having the storage was part of why I chose the desk in the first place. ... show more
