These William Morris cards are absolutely beautiful and the box they came in... WoW!! ~ I couldn't be more pleased!! The quality of the paper is so nice and thick. I am a junk journaler and really appreciate that the finish is matte as opposed to glossy. I will use these as journal cards once I back them with coffee or tea dyed paper.... probably will leave the corner open that has the print info on it.     • Unusual and beautiful
If you are interested in the designs of Wm. Morris, this set of cards is for you. The backs identify the name, Year and application (wallpaper, etc)but there isn’t a ruled area for an address and message. The card stock is quite sturdy and will easily go through the post.

I have just discovered William Morris and have been purchasing some design and coloring books in order to have a broader representation of his work. The postcards are lovely! There are 100 different images and would make a great reference for graphic artists, textile artists and any other person who loves beautiful patterns. The paper is a firm non-glossy cardstock. The back of the card does not contain a typical postcard image, but has plenty of space to write a note if you chose to send these in the mail.     • Love patterns on postcards, hate quality of postcards set
So, first off I really like the designs of these postcards. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the postcards. I prefer shiny glossy postcards, these postcards are more matte/paper. Secondly, I love to write long messages to my recipients on postcards, but there’s a chunk of text describing the art on the bottom of each postcards, which is so distracting it makes these postcards look like an advertisement postcard. I definitely will not be repurchasing this set of postcards again. ... show more

Quality box, paper, and prints. But, why no postcard back? I almost returned them.

    • Overwhelming choices
This is the nicest collection of papers any card maker/crafter could ask for. The quality is up there and the choices are overwhelming! When you finish using all the papers, you are left with the sweetest little box
