I bought my first Aircast 15 years ago. Was so impressed I bought 3 more. Time for new ones and I found the best deal here. My arm is totally paralyzed so I need to use a wrist brace with it. I was using 3M wrist braces but the cost on Aircast was low enough to try it out. I bought 3 more after trying them out. My shoulder feels so much better now that it is supposed by the sling. My arm was yanked by my Border Collie who took off at full spead while I was holding the leash. Now that my shoulder popped back into place I needed to stabilize my arm. This sling did the trick. Very comfortable & easy to put on by yourself. I only needed help adjusting the strap that comes from behind you.... it was to long and needed to be cut. Two hands required for cutting 😉 ... show more

I recently bought the Willcom Arm Sling for Shoulder Injury with Waist Strap for my son who broke his collar bone. Although the material is soft and comfortable, I was not impressed with how difficult it was to adjust and get on. The Velcro system can be frustrating because as soon as you pull it apart, it wants to stick to another part. Additionally, the Velcro needs to be pulled to undo, which can be painful for the person wearing it, especially if they have an injury in the collar bone or shoulder area. Overall, I would give the Willcom Arm Sling a 3-star review. While the softness of the material is impressive, the Velcro closure system can be challenging to work with and not very user-friendly, making it a bit uncomfortable for the injured to got on and off. If you're looking for a simple arm sling, this may not be the best option for you. ... show more

I purchased this sling because I had bicep repair surgery. The sling provided by the ER was uncomfortable. This sling is amazing! I have worn it 48 hours and it has not bothered me. It is soft material and the entire back straps are flat. So it makes it comfortable to sleep in. The Velcro stays on very well. I have not had to adjust 1 time. There are air holes throughout the sling making it breathable. The sling can open on the top to slide ice packs inside and close back up. I have to wear for 3 month. I purchased two sizes and found the medium to be perfect, sending back the unused large one. This sling is fantastic in almost every way with multiple adjustment points and very comfortable/breathable. There are 4 Velcro points on the sling and 3 of 4 are perfect. Velcro attachment #4, which happens to be the most important attachment point and the one the keeps the shoulder strap attached to the sling, is surprisingly/alarmingly the smallest piece of Velcro on the sling and lasted for about 15 uses. I am only supposed to wear a sling when in public or riding in the car to med appointments, so I am not in this sling all day/night and the main attachment Velcro failed in record time. I ordered this sling while still in ICU and did not start using it until after I was discharged, so the short life span considering such limited use is disappointing.
