I use a wheelchair and I love, love, love this cup holder. It's easy to install, stays put, and firmly holds large fountain beverages. My only complaint is that you have to use an Alan wrench if you want to change the angle of the cup holder. UPDATED 03/21/23 I contacted the seller (GooMile) regarding the original item and the failure that I had seen. They responded very timely and offered to replace the item with another of the same type. When I expressed that I didn't think that it would work for my purpose, they then offered a substitute for me to try (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08S3PWH5J?ref=myi_title_dp ) . I agreed to try the new item which is much different than this style. I installed the new version and IT WORKED GREAT for my purpose! I will give high marks (5 stars!) to seller for their effort to resolve my concerns. Hopefully they will correct the design issue with this item (they indicated they were talking to their design team to fix the problem). If they can fix the mounting issue, then this cupholder will definitely be worth more stars. (Original Review 02/27/23) This cup holder looked like it was going to be robust and do the job, unfortunately it didn't last 2 hours! The press-in PEM nut that is in the aluminum clamp for the pivot screw, pulled right out with just having a bottle of water in the cup holder. It looks like the aluminum is just too soft and the ridges smoothed right out. Guess I'll be returning this and looking for another style since this design is prone to fail again. ... show more

    • Watch out for the corners

If you have a crazy driver like my mom who is older and can't judge the corners, then you may need something different. It is a good product but it doesn't fit every wheelchair. My mom had an electric one and the cup did not quite fit exactly. We made it work. It got banged around because of the driver not because of the product and didn't last that long. I'm not saying don't get it, but it may not fit every wheelchair arm. It will break if you keep bumping it into the wall. It sticks out so you have to account for the extra space.
